Dear Wesbank: My mother that earns a net of R32,000 was declined for a vehicle of R129,000. This was your reason to the dealership:

"Validations Failure: there's discrepancies on the payslip, the client also does not have a payment profile. Also had a loan with us which was not conducted well"

You pulled my company's name into disrepute seeing as she works for me and I pay her salary. You declined a loan because of an issue with UIF! What does UIF have to do with her vehicle finance?? STD BANK approved a personal loan, yet Wesbank in their INFINITE WISDOM sends such an uneducated excuse?

I am aware of the so-called loan and might I add that according to law you were supposed to remove it, which in turn makes this BLATANT internal **************.

I suggest one of your managers contact me. Tread carefully, you are a phone call away from a lawsuit. I do not take kindly to having my business name or family named pulled into disrepute. We decided to move 2 of our business accounts over to FNB, you can kiss that business away. We will be in GHANA next month to move our accounts from RMB to Stanbic. I will be sure to quote this incident as the reason.
