Interest Rate *****

We bought two vehicles from Auto Pedigree in Paul Kruger street Pretoria. The finance was done through Wesbank at a interest rate of 14% on both cars. I had to sign on a pad sitting on the opposite side of the desk. The lady was reading from the computer and I was signing on the computer pad. I could not see on the screen and trusted that this was how it was supposed to be done. I took possession of the vehicles but only got a copy of the contract later on email. I did not checked the contract at that stage and fell ill and was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Getting home after an operation, and car payments to high I checked the contract and saw that the interest rates was 14.7% and 17.98% on the second vehicle. I started communicating with Wesbank and after months they said they will reduce the interest rate. It is 6 moths later and nothing have been done about the interest rate. I skipped one payment to get a reaction from Wesbank, but the only reaction was that they handed me over to a debt collecting service . I have been in correspondence with the debt collectors for 6 weeks now with no reply from Wesbank. I NEED HELP PLEASE !!!!!!<br> <br>
