Interest Rate
I recently app**** for vehicle finance through a VW dealership. i got approval from Westbank with an interest rate of prime plus 2.5%.<br> I went to my branch hoping to speak to the manager to motivate for a better rate, but was told various stories at the branch and Westbank,Iv been an FNB client for a number of years and i currently have other vehicle finance with them, its rather disappointing when the bank who claims to be number one in customer service, don't actually provide the said service to their customers when you need their assistance the most. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
