Interest on settlement
I have been under debt review from 2017 , I would like to come our of this , I never missed a payment. So I called their deb review department and asked for a settlement letter and because of this , I have to settle with an interest fee , whereas I am trying my best to come out of this , This bank is really ripping people off and wants you to stay on debt review , rather than helping your clients !!!!!!!!
Shame on you.
