Insurance Policy - Proof of Insurance

I have received these mails about insurance confirmation recently and sent through my insurance schedule yesterday and today. Though - the one received this morning says you have no choice but to debit me if I don't reply. I'M TRYING TO REPLY AND THE SCHEDULE IS IN YOUR INBOX!

As for phoning ********** 729 to sort it out ... I've been holding 10+ minutes and eventually got an answer. The lady cannot assist and I need to phone Zurich direct?
