Insurance confirmation forced debit
I was contacted by consultant for insurance confirmation, did not receive response email to send insurance confirmation so I called Wesbank and was told to send it to [Email Removed] insurance was sent and email confirmation of intranet was received 22 June 2015. I have now been spammed and threatened by Wesbank or Hollard as their email states [Email Removed] asking me for details I have already sent, and if I don't I will be forced debited for an insurance policy? This is ridiculous, I have emailed numerous times now both @hollard and @wesbank stating that I have submitted and received confirmation of insurance confirmation.<br> Please insure that I am not incorrectly denoted for an insurance policy I do not want or need! I refused to be threatened with forced debit emails as if I am a payment defaulter! And I will not waste my airtime trying to rectify a problem Wesbank and hollard have of lack of communication.
