Insurance Cancelled on the 28/10/2015

I bought my vehicle through Wesbank , included in the monthly instalment was a premium of Hollard Insurance.<br> I was not aware of this , Regardless, of the matter I took out Insurance from Momentum brokers together with a Top-up from Regent. My vehicle was covered from Hollard and from my personal insurance Momentum as well as the top-up. Recently my vehicle was written off and I submitted the claim to Momentum brokers and to Regent to settle the outstanding amount.Unaware that the vehicle was covered with insurance from Hollard.I phoned Wesbank to obtain a settlement letter to submit to Momentum it was only then that Wesbank (Ronel Williams) informed me that Hollard needs to pay the claim, I informed Ronel that I already submitted everything to Momentum for payment they are only awaiting the settlement letter. (Ronel Williams) then informed me in that case a credit is due to me. Now every time a speak to Wesbank they inform me that there is no credit due and to top things off I received a cancelation letter for my Hollard Insurance without my permission or instruction to Hollard (Dated 28/10/2015) to cancel the insurance dated with effect of 19/09/2015?How are you back dating??
