Insurance Add on with out consent !!!!!!

I phoned Wesbank today to ask about my account and the extra amount that was taken from my account for a supposedly insurance add on with out any consent from me. They do have all my contact info and my email address but still no contact was ever received from then on the matter. When i phoned them they have no explanation or solution for me , They just keep on repeating what they want to do. I spoke to a supervisor and she just did the same thing as the call center agent, her name is Taneil Magro and it just shows me the incompetence of even a senior at Wesbank. I asked her \but this is your fault way must i suffer for 48 hours and who is paying for my bank account that is in the red"as well as \""when they contacted me for this as they have all my contact information as well as alternative numbers\"" and she just sad again the same thing over and over. If this is the seniors of Wesbank it shows that it does not take a lot to go up in that field JUST BE *********** !! """

Hello Tertius69,

Thank you for your concerns highlighted.

Your vehicle is one of your most valuable assets and like you, we are concerned that you remain protected should your vehicle be ****** or written off. In terms of your credit agreement with WesBank you are required to purchase and maintain comprehensive insurance in respect of the vehicle while it is financed with us. Notwithstanding that you have supp**** us with a copy of your insurance at the inception of this agreement, WesBank have experienced that insurance details either change or lapse over this period of time. It is always in the interest of our clients and the Bank to ensure that the asset is covered to prevent financial losses to either party. Hollard and Direct Axis has been mandated by WesBank to contact you for proof of insurance.

You have been contacted by the insurance representatives and we await your proof of insurance.

Kind regards,
WesBank
