Installement increase without notification
I have made an arrangement with Wesbank last month to skip payment arrangement was agreed and confirmed, this Monday I got a call from Lebo to remind me about the payment and that its now R6922 and I asked why she told me that is a collection fee and I asked based on what, she could answer she kept telling that I did not confirm arrangement then I was totally confused she did not what she was talking about she ended up saying she will take up management, on Tuesday I got another call from another lady she was bit rude she told me about this R6922 that it's got to do with warranty and insurance now two different stories I did not ask for any warranty nor insurance from Wesbank. my monthly installment is R6232 their added R700 without my contest, R700 is a lot of money under this difficult times. I was still waiting for answers before they could even debit...Today on the 26/06/15 an amount of R6922 went off from my account. Please help me to get my R700 back this is ***** tendencies. Thanks
