initiation fee `
<p>im purchasing a vehicle from Toyota and being charged an excessive inititaion fee of R4084. On Enquiry from wesbanks customer services, they say the fee can be negiotated, and needs to speak to the dealer, yet on liasing with the dealer and marketer, they say it cant as its system generated... Is this just another useless representative of your company ? ?</p>
