Incorrect quotation

I am very disappointed with the service of Wesbank.<br> I was initially quoted on a vehicle finance, which included a residual amount.<br> But, after calling the salesperson back I was advised that the quotation was actually incorrect as I could not get a residual on the finance, as the car is older than 2 years old.<br> Could this not have been done it the 1st, while quoting?<br> Other banks have offered a residual amount of 20% on the same vehicle, yet the bank that I have a private banker account with cannot assist me.<br> Due to this I may be losing out on purchasing this vehicle, as it is an urgent sale.
