Incorrect name on Statements

I have had vehicle finance with Wesbank for almost 4 years. For this time, my company statements have had the incorrect company name. I called them to fix it, they said I should email them. I did.

I asked a simple question, which no one could answe: If for 4 years, I have been paying faithfully for the vehicle in my possession, but the payments/statements have a different company name on them, this surely will affect my credit score. Because, what is being submitted to the credit bureaus. No consultant is able to answer. I've been sent from pillar to post regarding this issue. As a result, I am not even sure if what the credit bureaus are reflecting my true status.
