Inconsiderate!!!! ***********
I called in requesting a letter from the vehicle insurance department requesting a letter stating that I will not be claiming from them this letter has been requested by the insurers that need to process my claim as a 3rd party.
Now my claim cannot be processed unless this document is presented, I was sent from pillar to post and my plea fell on deaf ears. when I did eventually get some form of assistance, I received an incorrect document, I reverted back to the party that had forwarded it but received no response whatsoever, I called in the line rang with no reply. I'm being inconvenienced because I'm unable to drive around with a damaged vehicle, its really not fair. I need to get my stuff sorted.

(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by hellopeter.com)
