<p>Having traded my vehicle in, the dealer shopped around for finance deals with major bankcs. I received a similar offer from Wesbank and Nedbank(where my personall acounts are). Being a customer of Wesbank for 15 years I chose to go with Wesbank provided that they waiver the early settlement fee. Spoke to a Voifunelo who agreed to do this. I then found out that I was charged the early settlement fee without my knowledge. I managed to get hold of Voifunelo who advised me that she will get back to me within 48 hours. She did not. I then spoke to Pranev who notified my that there were no such notes made to my account and there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to pull the recording from both conversations with Voifenelo and he arrogantly denied me access to the recording.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not acceptable. As a customer you expect the Wesbank consultants to perform their job correctly. Why should I be out of pocket of more than R4000.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
