Incompetency and Uselessness

Wesbank is a company that can really help you of your feet with their customer service and lack of competency. My son tried to buy a vehicle today , but again Wesbank blocked him from doing so. On ITC his record is clear, but due to Wesbank still not updating a mistake on their side no bank is interested in assisting him. In 2016 his vehicle, financed at Wesbank was written off by his insurance Auto&General and paid in full. For some reason everytime he applies for finance Wesbank blocks all banks ,stating money is still owed to Wesbank. After us calling Wesbank numerous times, and then they reply ,its a mistake on their side and will rectify it immediately ,and then sent a letter stating no moneys are owed by my son to them, but when applying the same story every time. There is no better way to descripe Wesbank but saying "USELESS". Wesbank is very quick to humiliate a person , by their mistakes that they seem unable to fix, or maybe just plain incompetency by their staff. Incompetency and uselessness
