Incompetency

So this is my 3rd time posting here in a space of about 5days. I'm account is assigned to Phillip Mmamabolo and this guy is literally ***********. My car is supposed to be released today and.The details on the release letter are all in somebody's name except for my account number.

So at least he answered my call after 2hours of initiating communication with him. And then he tries to explain himself as fed up I was I hung up. This is unprofessional behaviour and service and experience I received is bad specifically from Phillip Mmabolo.
