Incompetence to do her work

I am trying to get refinance for a balloon payment on my vehicle.I have sent them all documentation and banking details as required but they ignore your email requests on the processing of this transaction.Weeks have gone past and no final agreement, nor deductions of payments from my account.Next thing i will be in arrears for non payment.Bad service again
