Incompetence (and possible dubious business traits?)

I purchased a new Volkswagen throught Volkswagen Financial Services (which is through Wesbank). I amended my first iContract, to take advantage of moving my payment date to the next month, the second iContract I received had the wrong debit order date, so I amended it again, only to my dismay to see the interest rate kept going up. I get that this is acceptable in the first case becuase it moved a month forward (1 month's interest, still not really understanding why the interest rate is affected) BUT the second amendment the debitorder had to move forward by 1 becuase I only get paid on that day (take note the first iContract had the correct debit order date surprisingly). How can you agree on an intereset rate then keep on changing it, especially amending it by 1 damn date?

I write this here becuase it's just frustrating, how dare I correct you on my debit order date and you feel that you can hike the interest rate again (Sure, it only went up another R1000 in interest for the total period, but what the hell, 1 day!)
