Incompetence again with credit application

My bank rejects my application for finance whilst the other 3 banks approve it. Standard bank gave me an awesome rate even though i dont bank with them. It would seem like the application was handled with incompetence as i am trading in a vehicle and buying a new one, meaning that one account will be settled and a new one created. Both my wife and I are platinum card holders. Did you take her income into consideration when scoring the application as the expenses are split between the 2 of us. Really now... do i have to teach you how to do your job. Can you kindly get a competent credit manager to call me to resolve this mess. Standard bank has shown good faith and dangled a carrot for me to move my business. Look at my profile and my wife's...see what we earn and what products we have with the first Rand group. I financed over 6 vehicles with FNB and every time i have to resort to hellopeter to finalize the finance...look at the history with credit application and you will find a complaint linked to each one. Really your service is pathetic.
