Inability to do the job

Wesbank is the worst when it comes to service i tried 2 years to resolve a matter when the bank itself sends me a letter to say matter is resolved hammond pole inc still sends me emails and messages? can the people at the bank to their job if they are able to do it? do not bank at wesbank they are pathetic and dont provide service employees unable to do their jobs!!
