Impressed Client

Yesterday I called Wesbank to make a payment arrangement I got through to betty. she assisted me with my query that I had and advised the way moving forward but there was something on the system that was out of her hands, she then transferred me to Vincent or Innocent( cant remember the name ) the call cut and she immediately called me back. I spoke to Mr Vincent who did not care what was on his system he attended to my current situation as a client.

The service I have received yesterday from this 2 employees really impressed me and I feel they should get the recognition that they clearly deserve
