******* Finance provided by Wesbank employee

I have been trying to purchase a car with finance from Wesbank and i eventually came into contact with one of your employees in the Ermelo office. She ****med me for R36 000 asking for fees for numerous things. She did however promise that this money would be refunded to me when i do get my car. Up until today i have not received my refund of R36 000 or the car that I have app**** to purchase. I have proof of every payment made to this ********* employee of Wesbank and i think that she should be dismissed for ******** and *****ing R36 000 from me. This is absolutely poor service from Wesbank and i would appreciate if someone in senior management could please give me a call on *** or email me on ***. This is very unfair and we are dealing with a lot of money here. Please could someone from Wesbank respond as this is a matter of urgency !!!
