******* deductions

I financed a car for my son so the debit order was deducted from my FNB account. In july the balance was settled and according to their records the account was fully paid up and closed on 17th July 2017. However on 28th July the normal payment was taken from my account and after weeks of complaining and having to prove that the amount was actually paid I finally got the payment returned to my account. Now today 28th August they have ****** another payment from my account. I am seeking legal action as I am led to believe that what they have done is totally ilegal.
