Hello Adaleen Mohunlal,

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and affording us the opportunity to address same.

As a service driven organisation, WesBank goes to great lengths to render unsurpassed service excellence to all our valued customers with every interaction. It is therefore extremely disappointing when our actions have caused you to question the Bank's integrity.

We acknowledge the negligence that is apparent and have taken corrective action by refunding the surplus debits whilst simultaneously reimbursing any charges that were incurred.

We hope that this matter was resolved to your satisfaction and that our efforts have restored your faith in WesBank.

Yours sincerely,

WesBank
