Ignored Requests

I changed jobs a month ago. So my pay date is moved by a day. I informed Wesbank by email on 5th March to have my debit order moved to the 25th instead of the 24th. They sent an automated email almost 10 days later saying my matter had been referred to the relevant department that would contact me soon. No one contacted me. So I went to their mobile app to see if I could change the date myself. The option was there, changed my debit order to 25th. Got a message to allow 48 hours for finalisation. Clearly the service does not work because I've been debited on the 24th instead of 25th as I had requested. I've been charged bank charges and money that was allocated other needs is gone. I expect a refund of bank charges incurred because of this. I've been looking at other vehicle financing houses and will be taking my finance deal elsewhere due to this dismissal of customers and poor communication.
