I wish everyone could stay away from wesbank's poor service.
I settled the account with wesbank on the 21st of January then on the 27th they still deducted the money in my account. When I called for reversal I was told I won't get help until the 29th but it's my money and I need to use it now. Why am I being punished for their mistakes? I was told to go to the bank to reverse it there but the bank is unable to reverse it from their side. I called wesbank again and someone told me to send an email with an attachment of my bank statement to show that the debit went through so that I can get my money back. I did that and when I called back to follow up I was told the email will only reflect on the 30th. I need that money to go an attend a funeral in Limpopo.
