I want to restructure my account car finance
hi

I purchased a VW T5 Kombi via wesbank finance and i took a residual in the beginning.

I contacted wesbank call centre to assist me in restructuring my car finance because now I will be able to pay the car without residual/balloon payment.

Call centre informed me that it's not possible and when I asked as to why? I was answered in a disrespectful manner showing that the wesbank contact centre don't really know what they're doing or talking about.

Can someone who understand what I want assist me in this regard.

Your assistant is highly appreciated.

Regards,
Papi

29 Sept 2015, 15:24Hello Dosch,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us the opportunity to respond to you comprehensively.
We have made contact with you and explained the fact that we are unable to remove the balloon payment on a legal binding contract. During the conversation we discussed that you would have had a higher instalment if you did not have the balloon payment, thus presented the solution for you to pay an additional monthly amount. This monthly figure would bring the outstanding balance to zero upon the expiry date of your contract and you indicated that you revert to us in due course.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

WesBank
