I want my papers for the car.

Good day My name is fulufhelo jacqualine musia. I bought a car which was financed by Westbank. The relationship was a smooth sailing for us in a way that I even settle My car earlier than the date expected.. The problem starts now when they have to send me the paper for the car, I called them last year 2023 since I saw that there is no communication as to say why they not saying anything in terms of collection the papers. They told me that they have a problem on their side with mpumalanga traffic dapartment so in order for me to get them I have to pay a fee... Now we are in 2024 still I haven't receive car papers...its not on coz I stuck to my part of the deal by paying for the car and even pay it 5 month earlier... I am not happy with this coz all want me to spent more money by calling and doing follow ups but if I had skipped payment they would have called me even at midnight... WESBANK😡
