I spoke to a lady by the name of Nonkululeko, regarding my account.it is on arrears and I inform them after I lost my job which was in 2022 and from then I have been trying to pay it until I finish in 2024.and they informed me about the balloon payment of R68000 and of which I was never informed by VW when I purchased my vehicle since I was trading in my other vehicle.then I called the rude lady and informed her that I have R50000 cash which I can pay to settle the amount and the lawyer fees I can make arrangements to pay it in installments and she refused.today my car was taken by the Sheriff claiming that they gave me a warrant letter, which I never received.
