I overpaid my personal loan, i want the money back
Yesterday around 3PM, some rude woman named Caroline(Works at closing accounts) called me, to notify me that i have overpaid my personal loan and she needs to refund me. After she notified me of this, she wants proof of payment, but she is notifying me that the account is over paid. \Why must i give proof of payment
