I NEED THE DETAILS FOR THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP - NOT A R57 LETTER

This is ridiculous. I paid this car up in 2007. Now they want me to pay R57 to get the details to fill in the change of ownership form for the car. So what you sent it to me already. Send it again. provide a ****** service, for crying out loud!!!!!

They can't even email it to me.
