I have paid off my car, and they sent a letter confirming that
I have paid off my car, and they sent a letter confirming that. I asked for log book and Notice of change of ownership formed which must be half filled . It’s been a month no reply. When I call I stay on the line waiting for consultant until airtime finished. It’s been weeks no reply to my emails.
