I hate WesBank, it is ****************! You guys are **********!

I have decided not to insure my car due to my own personal reasons and then WesBank started deducting money from my account saying it’s for my insurance cover. I have called numerous times to explain that I have my personal reasons as to why I decided not to cover my car right now but they don’t listen but instead they are very rude. For a car I’m supposed to pay R6100 for I’m not now paying R7500 BY FORCE! My husband and I have decided we going to trade this car in and get a new bank to finance our next car cos THIS BANK right here is *****! WesBank doesn’t care for it’s customers they just care about making themselves more money! I hate this bank and would never ever recommend it to anyone!!!
