I had a vehicle financed by wesbank, i traded in the vehicle and the dealer settled wesbank fully,but wesbank went on deducting while settled,i query that, i was told to send an email, i did that on the 8th April and they said they will contact me with in 5 working days, till today no response from them,im still waiting for my refund of R3,705.50,can you please help me that wesbank pay back my money, the money was deducted on the 28th March
