HOW WES BANK ARE *********

Never in my life have I ever experienced such despicable service and treatment.. The people at Wes bank are literally evil incarnate. They will do anything to get your money and leave you with nothing. They care absolutely nothing for anyone.

In 2012 I bought a car that was financed by Wes bank for R305 000, I was happy as could be and I seemed to have gotten an excellent deal. How wrong I was...

I paid off my vehicle diligently for 4.5 years and in 2017 I was retrenched and entered debt review. I managed to pay what I could and was fortunate to get employment in 2018 again and continued to pay off my vehicle.

According to my calculations I was nearing the end of paying off my vehicle. The total cost of the vehicle on my finance papers had almost been reached and I looked forward to the day the car was officially mine. But Wes bank would have other ideas..

In 2020 Covid hit. It hit the company I work for hard. REALLY hard. Would didn't get TERS we got next to nothing. Survival was the number one goal every day life and the struggle was intense. To keep food on the table and have gas enough to cook was a miracle. It didn't take Wes bank long to swoop in like a Vulture eyeing a carcass for easy pickings.

May 2020 the assault began. I was according to my contract pretty much paid up on my car but Wes bank hit me with demands that I owed them another R160,000!!! They were not interested in my calculations and refused to discuss or negotiate a payment plan with me. They just wanted the car back. The car I had spent years fighting and bleeding to pay off as best I could. Wes bank ignored law. They issued a summons on someone already under debt review and sent a legion of tracers and trackers to harass me and make my life a misery. The people who act outside the law and pull all sorts of stunts to get you to give up you the biggest asset you have in your life. Seeing as the car was or was so nearly paid off it became obviously they would make more money repossessing my vehicle than letting me make the final few payments. To ensure that goal is impossible they now bill me legal fees of R4000 odd almost every month and other charges I cant make head or tail of. All I know is if I pay R2000 my debt grows by double that.

HOW IS THIS LEGAL?!?!?!!? WESBANK ARE JUST A BUNCH OF ********* TRYING TO ***** MY CAR. No better than the hijacker at the robots with a gun. If not actually worse.

I beg you. NEVER EVER GET INVOLVED WITH THESE ******.

What they don't know is I'm not going to roll over I will fight them through the ombudsman, the courts and anywhere else. I've seen a lawyer. I know the summons against me while on debt review is ******* and thus there actions ********. I know they have **** about what they charged me for the vehicle and loaded my account with extra charges and that's why they refuse to look at it. Utterly disgusting. They treat us in this country as fools and they prey on us when we at our weakest. No more. Please think again of ever doing business with these sharks
