How does no one at Wesbank understand what a vehicle registration certificate is and have even less idea on how I can get mine!
Dor 1 week now I have been asking ********** how to get my regiostration certificates for my 2 paid up vehicles. They have come back with lots of stories, even more misinformation but nothing about registration certificates or how to get them. I am wondering if my english is bad or if they ont understand english as this cannot be so difficult!
