How do you finance unroadworthy vehicles?

Wesbank approved finance for a Chery J20 and I'm thankful for this, but this vehicle has been a nightmare since day 1 and I've kept Wesbank informed about all the problems and it just seems like they aren't interested in finalizing this complaint, as they don't have to worry, they get their instalments on a monthly basis. A vehicle that's had numerous problems since day 1, after Dekra tests, MIOSA cases and even the d/ship's report, they still haven't come to the party and defended me in telling the d/ship to take back their vehicle and helping me to get another car. I just gets shoved from the one dept to the next, when will this stop? When I decide to take this matter to the press? Can you afford the bad publicity?
