How can we help you they ask?????

I am actuallly going to pull my phone records to see how much time has just been wasted trying to get help from FNB and WESBANK finance. My experience today is nothing less than ultimately concerning. I have also just ended this experience by a WESBANK agent named Mpho speaking to me as if i am an idiot. FNB, WESBANK, you guys can certainly be reassured I will be passing on my opinion to anyone that asks. Your service is diminishing at a super fast rate and your service agents on the phone besides the 1 or 2 I may have had the pleasure of receiving accurate information and friendly voices, well, I would suggest instead of false advertising and making your clients believe you would like to help us, rather change your slogan to IF we can help you, IF we feel like it, IF you have serious time to waste. Gross waste of time!!!
