How can we help you not how can we frustrate you
I am not impressed with FNB lately. 1 Wesbank claims that it takes 24 hours for them to get back to you however its been a week since i have submitted my finance request - some Mohammed guy is managing my request via email and has no sense of urgency. Home loans is also taking forever to respond on my request, I know that it takes 7-14 days but can someone at least call and advice on how far they are on the process. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from First National Bank to Wesbank by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
