"HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" more like "HOW CAN WE ***** YOU"

<p>So, I decided to buy my wife a new car, went to the dealer and they processed my application. I got responses from the other banks that they had approved my application, but to my amazement WESBANK - FNB had declined my application. This came as a shock because I do all my banking with them (Personal Account, Business Account, 32 days Account etc.), but yet they declined my application. WHY? There's one credit bureau the banks use for credit records checkd. Unless WESBANK has their own that I don't know of. I'm more hurt than anything else and I have learnt that "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" is just a meaningless catch phrase and a gimmick that FNB can never live up to. Very disappointed!! And I will be taking my business elsewhere because customer satisfaction/ service is a foreign language at WESBANK - FNB</p>
