How Can We Dissapoint you?

I've been banking with FNB for over 18 years and my experience so far is bad. I'm not blacklisted and I don't have judgments. My accounts are paid off however Wesbank is denying me vehicle finance. Yes, I had financial challenges before and there's accounts that affected my credit history. We all go through such challenges. My finances look great and I can afford a car now. I've been part of First Rand Group for decades but they can't assist me with vehicle finance. I submitted proof of my credit history and all relevant docs for review but my request is still being declined. My experience so far is horrible.
