How can we delete your query without reading it
I send a query to Wesbank via e-mail as after 15min of trying to call I got nowhere. This is what happened to my query:
Your message
:Sent: Friday, October 25, 2019 10:15:08 AM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria
was deleted without being read on Friday, October 25, 2019 10:13:55 AM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria."
They did not even bother to read it, was simply deleted.
