Horrible service from wesbank

I have never gotten any statement from them whenni visited their offices in cape town i was told they are working At home I didn't even know im suppose to get statement until a friend asked me The number i got from the security was not even working pls tell me what to do....stop my monthly payments so u can contact me cause you guys arequick when it comesbto that.....5years of no statement n i want allnof them
