Horrible customer service

I called in to Westbank to quiery arrears amount on my account. I was given an amount I needed to pay and authorized the debit payment but to my surprise my acc is still in arrears. I called in to quiery this and was sent from pillar to post by different call center agents namely: bakang, Musa and Tshepiso I have never experienced such bad service from being transfered to an engaged number to being put back to the auto que and lastly being told its my fault the acc is in arrears I should just pay the money and stop blaming the bank. Horrible customer service.
