Hopefully my relationship with this bank will end soon

I bought a car at wesbank auction a month ago upon buying my vehicle i apply for finance at the house and Wesbank vehicle finance approved i was also introduced to vehicle warranty provided by Motorite which i was told i can cancel it anytime. Because of Repo rate going up i decided to cancel the motorite plan ....Jesus i been send from pillar to post , i have called Motorite i was told told to call the bank csuse they cant cancel , i have called the wesbank vehicle finance only to be told we can't cancel call the dealer i called the dealer and i been told to send email to cancel i've done that this happened 2 weeks ago. I got an email from Wesbank auction telling me that the policy has been cancelled i was relieved but when i check with wesbank vehicle finance the warranty is still running and i am paying for it now when i called Wesbank vehicle finance they said i must go back to Wesbank Auction house and ask them for proof of payment .I am basically stuck between Wesbank auction house and Wesbank vehicle finance i feel like an idiot dealing with the same back but they feel like making fun of me send me from pillar to post like a fool.
