Honestly if there was a zero star, that is what Wesbank would get from me

Firstly, I get a call from one the agents informing me that my account is tagged as deceased as in I'm dead. After calling, emailing, being referred from department to the next. To calls being cut while holding Wesbank send me an email to inform me that my account was tagged as deceased by error and to thank me for my continued support but NO APOLOGY! for the inconvenience.

As a result of their mess-up, they didn't debit my account for the month of May, instead they send me multiple messages and notifications that my account is in arrears...What a joke!

I then beginning the same process of calling around to rectify their mess up with multiple agents who either refer me to another department or the phone gets cuts while holding- all of this at my expense. Finally! I speak to a lady called Buhle who was helpful for the most part, she let's me know that she will ensure a manual debit order takes place on Monday 05-06-23. The manual debit does not take place, after trying to get hold of Buhle...unsuccessfully...I am introduced to Itumeleng who advises that I now have to do a manual debit/credit card payment which will ensure that the money reflects immediately on my account.

The money has yet to reflect on my account I am still inundated with messages and notifications of my account being in arrears, the last message stated that I have until the 9th of June to make an arrangement...Shocked beyond!
