HOLLARD - WESBANK CPP How can I get this cancelled?

I have repeatedly asked Wesbank about this policy with no answer, I got my own comprehensive cover over two years ago, but this policy is still on my account, I have now settled the account only to get a policy letter that this "insurance" is still going off? How can I get this cancelled?
