Holding on to money like it’s theirs

So for I can’t even remember how long, my payments were on time, not even missing or being late with a single one. Come December, I settled my vehicle with Wesbank on the 11th. On the 19th, they debited the installment again. Contacted them, they said they’ll refund within 3 business days. That has come and gone. I had extra expenses to cancel other stuff on the vehicle and now I’m in a financial pickle thanks to Wesbank. No feedback whatsoever. Thanks Wesbank for ruining Christmas, my kids and I appreciate it.
