Help Wesbank Help

Since the start of the lockdown till date, my business has been not operational, and since many banking institutions are offering payment relief, in April I contacted Wesbank... till date I only have to send documents and bank Statements but not answer about any payment relief.

Its frustrating as I have done everything wesbank as asked of me and they still want more and more information without giving the answer. Since April I have been sending them requested documents

But still I'm getting asked to pay for the vehicle when theres no money and I app**** for the payment relief. Why is wesbank taking so long?
