HELP WESBANK DON’T CARE

I have been in New Zealand 2 weeks before lockdown so im still here. I have a huyandai I20 which l have been trying to get rid of for months. I have been dealing with a lady Mary Potgieter from Turnstone Trading Debt Collections ***. This lady was very helpful and told me to get 3 quotes from dealerships and send pictures which l did via a friend Karin Gericke ***. I sent everything to her including a Power of Attorney for Karin Gericke as she is in the motor industry, l trust her and knew she could finalise it all for me in my absence. These emails too and fro started in May to date nothing has been done. I then much later got an email from a Bwezani Jonathan Mwale *** saying because l wasn’t in South Africa l couldnt request Power of Attorney for my friend we have Karin and myself emailed this person again asking whats happening and we haven’t heard anything. My friend has the car and had a dealership interested taking the car and l would pay the difference outstanding now theres nothing. I feel this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional from Wesbank. The car is standing collecting dust my friend is trying to work abroad so she wont be available what is it with these people. Im trying my best to sort this matter as l dont want to be blacklisted and it seems they don’t give a damn. Please please help me. Thank you.
